The Village will endeavor to read each meter
at regular intervals of six months. The Village reserves the right
to alter said billing periods in the interest of economy and efficiency.[1]

payment of bills, which immediately followed this section, was deleted

Water rents and charges and penalties thereon
shall be a lien upon the real property upon which the water is used
and may be collected in accordance with § 11-1118 of the
Village Law.
