The entire parcel of land recently annexed into
the Village of Millerton and known as the "Oakhurst annexation" be
placed in an RIA (one acre) district.

This section shall be known as the "Village
of Millerton Oakhurst Annexation Law."
A.
Intent. It is the intent of this section to annex
the parcel known as "Oakhurst" as part of the Village of Millerton
so that the tax maps and records of the State of New York, the County
of Dutchess, Village of Millerton and the Town of North East shall
be changed to reflect such annexation.
B.
Annexation. Tax parcel number 7271-387002, known as
the Oakhurst property, is hereby annexed to the Village of Millerton.

The 1.6 acre parcel of village-owned uninhabited
territory known as grid number 386065 located in the Town of North
East is hereby annexed to the Village of Millerton.
