As used in the Village of Depew, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Shall include any populous area identifiable by an impoverished
condition containing a substantial number of deteriorated or deteriorating
buildings, or the public improvements, taken as a whole, are in a
general state of deterioration.
Refers to a condition by which the physical condition or
infrastructure of a building is in a state of decay or disrepair.
