Subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-12(1), the holder of a plenary retail consumption license shall be entitled to sell any alcoholic beverages for consumption on the licensed premises by the glass or other open receptacle and also to sell any alcoholic beverages in original containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
All applications for licenses shall be in writing, shall conform to the official form promulgated by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and shall be filed with the Township Clerk with evidence of payment of the federal tax stamp and the annual license fee as hereinafter provided. The applications shall be addressed to the Township Committee. All questions shall be fully answered, and the application shall be made under oath and shall designate the place and type of license applied for.
All licenses shall be issued for a term of one year, beginning on July 1 of the year of issuance and expiring on June 30 of the following year.

The annual fee for a plenary retail consumption license or plenary retail distribution license shall be $330.

Licensees are permitted to sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages on licensed premises every day between 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 12:00 noon to 2:00 a.m.[1]

Any person violating any section of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

A. 
Any license issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked for violation of any of the provisions in this chapter or any provisions of any applicable statute or any of the rules and regulations of the State Director or Alcohol Beverage Control.
B. 
The procedure for suspension or revocation shall be at least a five-day notice to the licensee that the Township will conduct a public hearing, at which time the licensee will have a reasonable opportunity to state its case at such hearing.
C. 
Suspension or revocation of a license shall be in addition to any other penalty which may be imposed for a violation of this chapter.

A. 
No operator of a restaurant, dining room or other public place where food or liquid refreshments are sold or served to the general public, regardless of the class or quality of said restaurant or food service facility, shall permit or suffer the consumption of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption unless the establishment has a liquor license approved by the Township.

B. 
It is the intent of the Township Committee of the Township of White to revoke any such permission which may appear to have been granted by the legislature in N.J.S.A. 2C:33-27.
