A.
Parking shall be prohibited within 10 feet of all
fire hydrants designated below:
(1)
Little Falls Shop-Rite Plaza, which presently consists
of one hydrant located approximately 100 feet from the southwest corner
of the Little Falls Shop-Rite Store.
B.
The following area shall be designated as No Stopping
or Standing (Fire Zone): Little Falls Shop Rite Plaza Mall, Shop Drive
approximately 510 feet in length and 25 feet in width in front of
said business stores, starting five feet before southeast corner of
building and ending at the center of the roadway at the twenty-five-foot
point.

C.
Penalty. Any violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine
of $100 per offense.

The areas designated below shall be designated
as Handicapped Parking Spaces. Signs shall be posted in accordance
with the requirements of law.
A.
Little Falls Shop-Rite Plaza.
(1)
Spaces No. 11 through 16, for the use of vehicles
that have been issued either a windshield placard or wheelchair symbol
license plates. These spaces shall be marked by Handicapped Parking
signs in conformance with the manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices
for Streets and Highways. Vehicles unlawfully parked in these spaces
shall be subject to enforcement pursuant to Title 39, Motor Vehicle
and Traffic Laws of New Jersey.
(2)
Spaces No. 11 through 16 are located on the north
side of the Shop-Rite drive from a point roughly 42 feet from the
northeast corner of the existing structure and continuing roughly
90 feet westward. Each parking space shall be 12 feet in width.

has been given by the owners of the following properties:
