A.
The Village hereby consents to its inclusion in the
area of operation of the Housing Authority of Bergen County.
B.
The area of authority of the Housing Authority of
Bergen County shall be subject to the ordinances now or as may be
from time to time adopted by the Village, which ordinances shall not
be challenged by the Housing Authority of Bergen County in court or
otherwise. No action or study shall be undertaken within the limits
of the Village by the Housing Authority of Bergen County unless and
until the same shall first be authorized by resolution of the Board
of Commissioners of the Village.
