No local law shall be passed by the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Montgomery until a public hearing has been
held before the Board of Trustees upon public notice of at least three
days.
No such local law shall require notice or publication
differing from that required by the Municipal Home Rule Law or general
laws of the state other than the Village Law.
This chapter shall amend or supersede the Village
Law to the extent provided in Municipal Home Rule Law § 10
Subdivision le(3).
