No person or persons shall at any time cut or remove any shade trees from any of the Village property without the permission of the Board of Trustees.

No person or persons, association or associations, corporation or corporations shall at any time cut or remove any limbs from any shade trees on any of the Village property without the consent of the Board of Trustees or its agents.
No person or persons, association or associations, corporation or corporations shall at any time injure in any manner or by any means any of the shade trees on any of the streets of said Village.
No person shall at any time tie or hitch or cause to be tied or hitched to any shade tree on said streets, any horse or any other animal.

A violation of any of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both, for each offense, plus any cost of repairing damage to such tree or replacement thereof.
