§ 114-30 Schedule I: Traffic Control Signals.

In accordance with the provisions of § 114-4, traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the following intersections and locations:

§ 114-45 Schedule XVI: Handicapped Parking.

The following locations are hereby designated for parking for handicapped persons, and only such persons are permitted to park in these designated areas using automobiles with special permits and license plates for handicapped persons:

Municipal Parking Lot: two parking spaces in the northwesterly corner of the Municipal Parking Lot off of Clinton Street.

Wesley Hall: three parking spaces on the north side of Clinton Street directly in front of Wesley Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday only.

Village Hall: one space located at the southeast corner of the building.
