As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Montgomery or
its duly authorized employees or agents thereof.
The party who has made application for water service to the
premises described in the application or the owner of the premises
being supplied with water.
A pipeline owned by the Village used for supplying water
to more than one premises.
The territorial limits of any street, avenue, road or way
that is for any highway purpose under the jurisdiction of the legislative
body of the Village, county or State of New York.
A pipe, together with appurtenances, used to conduct water
from the main to and within the premises of the customer.
