There shall be a seven-member Town Planning
Board. Each member shall be elected by a vote of the entire Town;
there shall be one (1) member from each of the four (4) areas of the
Town. Members shall serve three-year staggered terms. Qualifications,
vacancies and forfeitures shall be the same as for Budget Committee
members. The Planning Board shall have such powers and perform such
duties as are provided by the laws of the State of Maine and Town
ordinances.
There shall be a Town Zoning Ordinance.
There shall be a Board of Appeals which shall
be appointed, have such powers and perform such duties as are provided
by the laws of the State of Maine and town ordinances.
