There shall be elected biennially three Selectmen,
two Registrars of Voters, three Grand Jurors, seven Constables, a
Treasurer, a Town Clerk, a Collector of Taxes, one or more Assessors
for a term of four years, one or more members of the Board of Tax
Review for a term of four years, three members of the Board of Education
for a term of four years, one or more members of the Planning and
Zoning Commission for a term of five years and one or more members
of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term of five years.

The Selectmen shall appoint annually a Pound
Keeper, a Tree Warden and all other officers required by law as soon
after the annual election on the first Tuesday of November in each
year as it can properly be done. Such officers shall serve until their
successors are appointed.
