The purpose of this article is to comply with the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 39:5-1 to require the enforcement of certain motor vehicle
and traffic regulations within the Luxury Mobile Park pursuant to
the request of the owner thereof.
The within article hereby authorizes the enforcement of the
provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the New Jersey Revised Statutes
within the Luxury Mobile Park otherwise known as Block 29, Lot 12,
Jackson Township, New Jersey.
The areas upon which enforcement of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of
the New Jersey Revised Statutes is to take place is set forth on the
attached map delineating said road and street areas. Copies of said
map and the within article are on file and available for inspection
in the Jackson Township Clerk's Office during normal business hours,
said office located at Route 528, Jackson, New Jersey.
