The location where the violation took place shall be noted on the parking ticket.
(4)
The date and hour when the violation was observed and the ticket was issued shall be noted on the parking ticket.
(5)

(6)
Any other facts, the nature of which is necessary or helpful for arriving at a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending the violation shall be noted on the parking ticket.
