on West Main Street. Appropriate signs shall be erected indicating
that parking for funerals is permitted in the vicinity of any funeral

within the permit parking area of Rittenhouse Square, Hamilton Court
and Bentley Drive;

Commercial vehicles and those larger than Class 2 vehicles or
larger do not qualify for a permit;

Permitted vehicles must display a valid permit ID and valid
PA inspection sticker;

Residents living in the permitted parking area shall be issued

maximum of three per household;

A resident of a property located within a permit parking zone
may register his/her vehicle with the Borough and be issued a parking
permit to be displayed within the vehicle;

Proper identification, vehicle registration showing address
of the applicant, Pennsylvania registration, valid insurance certificate
and proof of residence within the permit parking area shall be submitted
when making application;
