The Authority may allow temporary leasing of
capacity for a term of less than 18 months when a user needs capacity
in the system for a project, the length of term of which will be less
than 18 months.
All requests for temporary leasing of capacity
in the system shall be made, in writing, to the Authority and be accompanied
by such information as requested by the Authority and its Engineer,
including, but not limited to, the location of the service, the amount
of capacity required, the length of the lease of the capacity, and
the strength and character of the wastewater to be discharged.
All approvals for temporary leasing of capacity
will be subject to a written agreement between the Authority and the
user.
