Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:15C-1 et seq., the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Harrington Park hereby create the Defined
Contribution Retirement Program pursuant to New Jersey statutes and
the New Jersey Administrative Code.
The Borough specifically adopts and incorporates
by reference herein all provisions of N.J.S.A. 43:15C-1 et seq. and
such other provisions as may be referenced therein.
The Borough of Harrington Park hereby reserves
unto itself the right by ordinance to later designate such positions
and/or employees who may qualify for such Defined Contribution Retirement
Program.
The Borough Clerk and such other authorized
representative shall sign and execute any such document to effect
the provisions herein.
