Editor's Note: The preamble to Res. No. 85-4
stated that the Department of the Auditor General requires information
to be certified by the Borough's Chief Administrative Officer and
that the appointment of the Chief Administrative Officer must be approved
by a resolution of Borough Council.
The councilmen of the Borough of Trappe approve
the appointment of the President of Council as the Chief Administrative
Officer of the Borough for the purpose of certifying information to
the Department of the Auditor General.

Editor's Note: The preamble to Res. No. 73-4
stated that the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended,
makes provision for the filing of applications under various circumstances
for hearings before Council, the Zoning Hearing Board and the Borough
Planning Commission, and that it is necessary to establish procedures
for such filings.
The Borough Secretary is appointed the filing
officer for all applications under various circumstances for hearings
before Council, the Zoning Hearing Board and the Borough Planning
Commission. Any person, officer or representative of the Borough receiving
such applications shall transmit the same to the Secretary immediately,
and the Secretary shall be responsible for giving notice and a copy
of the application to the chairman or secretary, as the case, may
be, of the appropriate municipal body.
