There is hereby created a Borough Planning Commission
consisting of five persons to be appointed by Borough Council. The
term of each member shall be four years commencing from the first
Monday of January of the year of appointment. Appointments to fill
vacancies shall be only for the unexpired portion of the term.
The terms of one member each shall expire December
31, 2007, December 31, 2008, and December 31, 2009, respectively,
and the terms of two members shall expire December 31, 2010.
