A. 
Whereas, a Local Government Records Committee was created by Act 428 of 1968[1] and empowered thereby to make rules and regulations for records and disposition; and

B. 
Whereas, the Municipal Records Manual was approved by said Committee on July 16, 1993; and
C. 
Whereas, the Borough of Trappe desires to dispose of records according to statutory requirements;
D. 
Now, therefore, the Borough Council of the Borough of Trappe, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania intends to follow the schedules and procedures for disposition of records as set forth in the Municipal Records Manual approved on July 16, 1993.

A. 
The following fee schedule is hereby adopted, effective immediately, by the Borough of Trappe:
(1) 
For Borough residents and Borough of Trappe businesses:
(a) 
No charge shall be levied for one to 50 copies of regular size documents requested in any calendar month.
(b) 
For 51 to 100 copies of regular size documents per calendar month, there shall be a charge of $0.25 per copy.
(c) 
For 101 or more copies of regular size documents per month, there shall be a charge of $0.10 per copy.
(d) 
For each subdivision plan, there shall be a charge of $15 per copy.
(2) 
For nonresidents:
(a) 
There shall be a charge of $0.25 per copy for one to 100 copies of regular size documents per each calendar month.
(b) 
There shall be a charge of $0.10 per copy for 101 or more copies of regular size documents per month.
(c) 
There shall be an administrative charge of $5 for each 50 copies in any given calendar month.
(d) 
There shall be a $15 photocopying charge and a $5 administrative charge for each subdivision plan.
Only Borough Council shall have the authority to waive any fees under this article. Borough Council retains the authority to waive the same upon due cause shown.
