The operation of any unlicensed motorcycle or
vehicle commonly known as "mini-bike," "trail bike," "snowmobile,"
or other similar vehicle or any other unlicensed motor vehicle on
the public sidewalks or on any public or private property, without
specific consent of the owner of that property, shall be unlawful.
Any person so operating any unlicensed motor
vehicle as aforesaid and in the manner thereby declared unlawful shall,
upon summary conviction, before a Magisterial District Judge be liable
to pay a fine not to exceed $300 and costs of prosecution or, in default
thereof, to undergo imprisonment for a period not to exceed 10 days.
