Owners of establishments that have been issued a license to serve liquor under Chapter 113 of the Code of the Village of Ridgefield Park shall have no more than one billiard table in their establishment, which may be used by members of the general public who are at least 21 years of age or older. There shall be no fee for this billiard table.
