No person shall construct any driveway which
connects with a street, road or highway in the Township, without providing,
by a pipe line or otherwise, for the continued, unimpeded normal flow
of drainage water along the side of such street, road or highway.

Any person who wishes to construct a driveway
in the Township shall, before commencing such construction, file,
in triplicate, an application with the Township Roadmaster, upon forms
provided for him or her, for a permit to construct such driveway.
A permit fee, as set forth in Section 208.02(a), shall accompany such
application.
