The County Treasurer shall create a special
fund to be named the "Probation Services Fund No. 150" for the purpose
of receiving and accounting for monies received under Public Act 85-1256.[1]

The County Treasurer shall disburse monies from
this fund only at the direction of the Chief Judge of the Eleventh
Judicial Circuit.
The County Treasurer shall, on or before January
10 of each year, submit an annual report to the Illinois Supreme Court
showing the total amount in the fund.
The County Auditor shall be requested to create
Fund 150 and Program 23 in the Department of Court Services, Department
22, for the purpose of expending the monies received under this Act.
