In the event that the Village of Coxsackie enacts
or amends zoning regulations by local law, pursuant to the Municipal
Home Rule Law of the State of New York, a copy of such local law need
not be published in a newspaper in the manner specified in § 7-706,
Subdivision 2, of the Village Law of the State of New York if the
title of the new local law and an abstract thereof are published once
in the official newspaper of the Village.
