No person shall litter, fish, swim, wade, hunt, camp or boat in or around any reservoir owned by the Village of Coxsackie.
A. 
Fishing, including wading with hip boots or waders, is permitted upon issuance of a yearly permit by the Village Clerk.
B. 
The annual fee for such permit shall be as established from time to time by the Village Board.
C. 
No permit shall be issued except to those holding a valid fishing license issued by the State of New York except where the applicant is not required to obtain a New York State license.
D. 
Any person who has attained the age of 65 years shall, upon application, be issued a permanent permit without charge. Any person who is a resident within the limits of the Village of Coxsackie shall, upon application, be issued a permit yearly without charge.

E. 
Any permit issued hereunder may not be assigned or transferred.
