No person shall coast with any hand sled, bob,
cart or other vehicle on runners or wheels on any public sidewalk
or footpath in the Village of Coxsackie, nor shall any person coast
with any hand sled, bob, cart or other vehicle on runners or wheels,
on any public street or avenue in the Village of Coxsackie, except
upon such public street or avenue or part thereof as may be designated
for the purpose by the Board of Trustees.

No person shall fly a kite or play football,
baseball or any other game on any public street, avenue or sidewalk
in the Village of Coxsackie, except on such streets or avenues or
parts thereof as may be designated by the Board of Trustees as playground
streets.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable
by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than
15 days, or both.
