The provisions of this article shall apply except
when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other
traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer or
official traffic control devices.
The parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times in those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 145-47).
The standing of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations and during the hours designated in Schedule XIII (§ 145-48).
The stopping or standing of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations and during the hours designated in Schedule XIV (§ 145-49).
Angle parking is hereby authorized upon the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 145-50), but only within the painted white stall lines.
Standing is hereby prohibited, excluding buses,
at the locations designated as bus stops in Schedule XVI (§ 14551).
Standing is hereby prohibited, excluding taxis, at the locations described in Schedule XVII (§ 145-52).
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations described in Schedule XVIII (§ 145-53), during the times indicated.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited during the hours and in the locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 145-54), for a longer period of time than that designated.
