Pursuant to 730 ILCS 5/5-6-3(g), the McLean
County Board hereby establishes the following drug and alcohol testing
fees for offenders sentenced to probation or conditional discharge
after conviction of certain offenses: $7 per drug; $28 maximum fee.
The McLean County Board hereby establishes that
the fees established by this article shall be paid to the office of
the McLean County Circuit Clerk.
The McLean County Board hereby establishes that
the fees established by this article shall be ordered and collected
as of the effective date of the Chief Judge's Administrative Order
2003-13.
