The use of any bicycle, snowmobile or skateboard upon the sidewalks of the Borough on either side of Main Street from South Street to Bishop Street shall be prohibited.
Any person who shall violate this article shall, upon conviction at a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days.
