The office of Deputy Court Administrator of
the Borough of Chesilhurst be hereby created.
The appointee to such office shall have all
the powers of the Municipal Court Administrator and all the duties
and functions of the Municipal Court Administrator during the absence
or disability of the Court Administrator or when the Court Administrator
fails to perform a duty as required to do so.
The term of office shall be for one year. Said
appointment shall be made by Mayor and Council and set forth by resolution.
The compensation of the Deputy Court Administrator
shall be determined by the salary ordinance which shall state the
exact amount.
