A.
There shall be a Department of Management Information
Services, which shall be responsible for the management of all computer
information services and have such other duties as may be assigned
by legislation or by the City Manager.
B.
The Department shall be headed by the Director of
Management Information Services, who shall serve under the supervision
and at the pleasure of the City Manager.
