The Council of Concern Housing Development Corporation
is designated as a Housing Site Development Agency for the specific
purpose of filing a grant application under State Housing and Community
Development Program - Public Act 88-280 to secure funds and to develop
and construct a cooperative housing development which will be affordable
to families of low and moderate income on the property located at
and known as the "Columbia Street/Platt Avenue Extension Property."
