No business establishment or group of business establishments
that own or rent a dwelling or structure in the Town shall use a name
that is the same or similar to another business or group of business
establishments.

The Building Inspector shall be the enforcement officer for
violations of operating a business without a business certificate
as required under MGL c. 110, § 5.
[Added 10-18-2018 STM by Art. 14]
The number of adult use marijuana retail establishments permitted
to be located within the Town of Hadley shall not exceed 20% of the
number of licenses issued within the Town for the retail sale of alcoholic
beverages not to be drunk on the premises where sold under MGL c.
138. For the purposes of determining this number, any fraction shall
be rounded up to the next highest whole number.
