This article shall be known as the "Parking Fine Law of the
Village of Fort Edward."
It is the purpose of this article to promote safe parking habits
within the Village of Fort Edward and to ensure the safety of vehicular
and pedestrian traffic.

The following penalties will be levied for the following. In
addition, penalties will double if not paid within 30 days of issuance,
and penalties will triple if not paid within 60 days of issuance,
and penalties will quadruple if not paid within 90 days of issuance.
The penalties levied hereunder may be collected pursuant to any means
permitted by New York State law or any Village law or ordinance.
