Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ Article VII Personnel Exempt From Residency Requirements

§ 10-34 Officials exempt from statutory requirements.

The following officials are exempted from the residency requirements as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40:87-15, as amended:[1]

A. Borough Attorney.

B. Borough Engineer.

C. Borough Building Inspector.

D. Borough Clerk.

§ 10-35 Repealer.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

§ 10-36 When effective.

This article shall take effect after final passage and publication as required by law.
