The following subdivision and land development
regulations shall be in full force and effect, including definitions,
plan requirements and processing procedure, design standards, improvements
and construction requirements and conditions of acceptance of public
improvements by the Borough of Danville.
This chapter shall be known as the "Subdivision
and Land Development Ordinance of the Borough of Danville."
