No person shall be permitted to use the skateboard park unless
said person is a resident of the Borough of Old Tappan or the Township
of Rivervale and has obtained a permit from either municipality in
compliance with the rules and regulations governing the use of the
skateboard park.
A.
This article
be enforced by any officer of the Borough of Old Tappan, including
the Recreation Commission and the Police Department. It shall be the
duty of such officer to investigate any reported violation.
B.
Any person
who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction,
be punished by a fine, the amount of which shall be within the discretion
of and shall be fixed by the Municipal Court but which, in no case,
shall be greater than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
