The keeping, raising or breeding of any cock fowl or poultry
within the corporate limits of the Village of Green Island, Albany
County, New York, is hereby prohibited.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $250
or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
