No wood, timber, lumber, coal or other merchandise, paving stone or stone or rubbish of any name or nature shall be unloaded, landed or deposited upon any portion of any paved thoroughfare of the Village of Green Island without previous permission, in writing, therefor from the Board of Trustees of said Village.
Every person who shall so unload, land or deposit any of the articles above mentioned without permission, in writing, as aforesaid shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
