City of Burlington, NJ Chapter 95 Bicycles

§ 95-1 Riding prohibited on certain portion of Promenade.

The riding of bicycles on the Promenade adjacent to the Burlington Manor, Block 121, Lot 2, shall be prohibited. All bicyclists shall dismount and walk their bicycles along this portion of the Promenade at all times.

§ 95-2 Speed limit along Promenade.

Bicyclists shall not exceed a speed of seven miles per hour along the Promenade.

§ 95-3 Enforcement.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department of the City of Burlington. The penalty shall be in accordance with Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty, of this Code except that the minimum fine for violation of this chapter shall be $100.
