[Ord. of 12-16-1958]
That certain parcel of land, now owned by the town, bounded
northerly and easterly by the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad
Company southerly by Young's Field Road and westerly by the culvert
intersection, shall be dedicated to the use of the civil defense organization
of the town, for garage, headquarters and training purposes. The title
to the land and all buildings erected thereon shall remain in the
town.
