The Sanitation Inspector, upon the presentation of his credentials, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties within the Town for the purposes of inspection, sampling and testing during reasonable business hours in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 and §§ 22-18 through 22-24 of this Code of Ordinances.
