It has been determined that it is necessary to increase fees, permits and licenses for applications and inspections in the various departments of the Borough of Lodi and further to enforce the zoning and building codes, health codes and regulatory ordinances of the Borough of Lodi.

A Fee Schedule for the payment of fees, permits and licenses of the Borough of Lodi is in effect.[1] The Fee Schedule shall supersede all existing fees in various existing ordinances of the Borough of Lodi except those fees not contained in this article.
