Township of Teaneck, NJ Article XXV Historic Preservation Commission

Sec. 2-139 Establishment.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-107, there shall be an Historic Preservation Commission.

Sec. 2-140 Appointment of members.

All members and alternate members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Municipal Manager.

Sec. 2-141 Powers and duties.

Except as specifically set forth in the Charter, the Commission shall have all of the powers and duties and shall follow the procedures as set forth in § 33-21.1 et seq. of the Township Code.
