For the purposes of this division, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
MUNICIPAL BUILDING PARKING AREA
The area adjacent to the Teaneck Municipal Building which has been paved for vehicular traffic.
RODDA COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING PARKING AREA
The area adjacent to the Rodda Community Center Building which has been paved for vehicular traffic.

(a) 
The Township Manager shall designate such portions of the Municipal Building parking area and the Rodda Community Center parking area as he/she shall consider proper for the parking of vehicles by municipal officials and employees and the hours during which parking shall be permitted.
(b) 
The vehicles permitted to be parked shall be properly identified.

(a) 
No person shall park any vehicle on any portion of the Municipal Building parking area and the Rodda Community Center parking area designated "Municipal Officials and Employees Only" unless such person is an official or employee of the Township.
(b) 
The vehicles permitted to be parked shall be properly identified.

No person shall park or permit the parking of any vehicle in the Municipal Building parking area between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excepted), other than municipal employees, library visitors and those persons having business at the municipal offices and the Police Department. The holidays are as follows:

Presidents Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Rosh Hashanah, first day and second day
Yom Kippur
Columbus Day
General election day
Veterans' Day

Christmas Day
