City of Cortland Fire Department personnel, including City of
Cortland Code Enforcement Office personnel shall be authorized to
issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to violations of the
City of Cortland Code of Ordinances when there is reasonable cause
to believe that a person has committed a violation of said City of
Cortland Code of Ordinances in the presence of said Fire Department
or Code Enforcement Office personnel.[1]
