GENERAL REFERENCES
Building code administration — See Ch. 53.
A. 
No oil burner shall be installed in the village unless a permit for such installation has been obtained from the village upon payment of the fee required by law.[1]

No inside or outside fuel tank shall be installed in the village unless a permit for such installation has been obtained from the village upon payment of the fee required by law.[2]

C. 
The installation, operation and maintenance of any heating or ventilating equipment shall conform to all applicable provisions of law, including the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.[3]

No heating plant shall be converted to gas and no new gas-fired burner shall be installed unless a permit for such installation has been obtained from the village upon payment of the fee required by law.[1]
