This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Sewer Code
of the Village of Hewlett Bay Park."
All connections with sanitary sewers in the Village of Hewlett
Bay Park shall conform to the requirements of this chapter and any
other village ordinances and regulations applicable thereto.

or installing house sewers and water service pipes shall be made in

Any suspension of a certificate of competency shall be reported at
the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, who shall have
power to revoke such certificate of competency.
No such sewer installation or alteration shall be put into use
or operation until a certificate of compliance shall have been issued
by the Building Inspector, upon written application therefor, certifying
that such installation or alteration conforms to the provisions of
this chapter.
