For the purposes of this chapter, the Village of Hewlett Bay Park shall consist entirely of an A Residence District. The Incorporated Village of Hewlett Bay Park hereby adopts the provisions of Article 37 of the General Business Law of the State of New York in relation to deposits on construction of new homes.
